Kasina Mind Machine Sessions
sessions range from 5 minutes to 1 hour
you choose the length, style, and intensity.
$1 per minute, 15 minute minimum

Fun Tricks with the Kasina System
- Name that color! Some of the colors the Kasina produces are quite unique. See what comes to mind as you expand your visual vocabulary.
- What do you see? Like an ink blot test, the Kasina can be used to bring your imagination to the surface. Some people see images that go far beyond geometric patterns.
- Concentrate on the body. Can you feel the sound and light traveling through your body? Many people use Mind Machines to facilitate physical healing.
- Reverse the spin of the pattern. Like a tire in motion sometimes appears to spin backwards, we can use our brains to adjust which direction it appears the patterns are moving.
- Move your focus. By concentrating on the foreground then the background you can change the resolution of the image and effect the patterns you see.
